Cosmic-ray photons, gamma rays, x-rays, ultraviolet radiation, visible light, infrared radiation, microwaves, and radio waves are all part of electromagnetic spectrum. In-between infrared and ultraviolet are the part of the electromagnetic spectrum that the human eye perceives. It is a tiny sliver of the electromagnetic spectrum, of about 430 to 750 THz frequency.
